My perspective as a Mens Relationship Coach
Most men don’t know what love actually is.
Gaining clarity on this distinction can be greatly enhanced with the guidance of a relationship coach.
We think we do, but what we’ve been chasing isn’t love, it’s relief!
Relief from loneliness.
Relief from not feeling enough.
Relief from the ache inside that says something’s missing.
We’ve been taught to call that chase love.
But it’s not.
Love isn’t the “high” at the beginning.
It’s not fireworks, or chemistry, or that feeling of being wanted.
That’s attraction, that’s projection, that’s the drug of being seen.
Real love happens after the high fades.
After you stop performing.
After you see each other clearly,
Flaws, Fears, Shadows
And you stay.
Love, in its pure form, “presence meeting truth”.
It’s the space between two people
Who have stopped pretending.
It’s what’s left when the masks fall away.
Love is simple, but it’s not easy.
It’s showing up when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s choosing honesty over harmony.
It’s learning to hold tension instead of escaping it.
Love is not about losing yourself in someone else.
It’s about remembering yourself while standing beside them.
You can’t love someone from emptiness.
You can only love from wholeness.
From the part of you that has met your own pain,
Owned your own shadow,
And stopped waiting for someone else to save you.
That’s when love becomes powerful.
When it stops being a story, and starts being a practice.
Love is presence.
Love is awareness.
Love is responsibility.
Love is expansion.
Love is freedom.
And the truth is, most men don’t need to find love.
They need to become it!
